Founder | Leadership & Organizational Development Consultant

I’ve spent the last two decades walking the path I now guide others through—one that integrates deep transformation, leadership mastery, and the kind of human-centered growth that today’s world so urgently needs.

After years in high-stakes leadership roles across industries like energy, transportation, and aerospace, I experienced firsthand how poor leadership, toxic cultures, outdated systems, and burnout were limiting not just individual well-being—but organizational potential.

So I left the conventional path to build something different.

Through Wholistic Solutions, I now support leaders, founders, professionals, and mission-driven organizations to evolve beyond reactive survival and into higher consciousness leadership—grounded in clarity, agency, and sovereignty.

My work combines over 10 years as a consultant and 20+ years in leadership, along with interdisciplinary studies in engineering, naturopathic medicine, formative psychology, somatic awareness, design thinking, and organizational management. 

After my own leadership journey led to burnout, I was inspired to create human-centered, transformational frameworks that offer leaders and organizations the internal foundation needed to thrive in today's turbulent world.  

My signature frameworks include:

  • Sovereignty Leadership – Helping leaders grow holistically from the inside out—mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically. This framework builds the internal capacity and capability to lead with presence, equanimity, and adaptability—especially in the face of uncertainty and pressure.
  • Quantum Organizational Dynamics – Transforming workplace cultures by addressing the scarcity narratives, dysfunctional behaviors, and outdated systems that impact how we work and lead.

At the core of my work is one deep intention:

To help people embrace their humanity and own their inherent worth—so they can be the best leaders they can be and lead with integrity, wholeness, and purpose in service to the greater whole.
